How can I tell which items are limited edition and which aren't?

- Urban Edition: theme name + the label “NO RESTOCK” in the tags at the top of the description.

- Platinum Edition: the label “Platinum Edition” in the tags at the top of the description + details identifying it as a limited piece.

- Animals and Essentials: these are not limited editions and will always be available, except for special cases.
Will you restock when an item sells out?

- Animals / Essential / Accessories: restocked throughout the year; models may change or be discontinued over time.

- Urban and Platinum Edition: never restocked and never re-released. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.
Perché i tempi di spedizione vanno da 7 a 12 giorni lavorativi?

I nostri capi non sono solo spediti, ma anche prodotti e stampati su richiesta.

Questo significa che ai classici 3–4 giorni di spedizione si aggiunge un tempo di produzione variabile tra 3 e 9 giorni, in base a:

  • quantità di ordini in coda,
  • varietà dei modelli,
  • complessità di stampa e confezione.

Ci impegniamo costantemente a ridurre questi tempi e a rendere le spedizioni sempre più veloci ed economiche senza impattare negativamente sull'ambiente.
